Haiti, North Korea, Palestine, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste and Yemen.

United Kingdom (UK)

We can inform you that as from now, the EAD (Export Administrative document) is available for all shipments where the POE (Proof Of Export) was no longer available. This work-around solution should be a workable alternative for Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipments going from EU origins to the UK.
			Since November 25, 2024, the European customs system that monitors the creation and closing of transit documents (T1 / T2 documents) can no longer recognise export leaving declarations departing from France. French customs indicated to fix this on December 18, 2024. However, the issue is still ongoing and there is no indication when the system will be operational again. Due to this issue, no Proof of Exports (POE) can be issued for Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipments going from EU origins to the UK. Spring is developing a work-around solution to provide an alternative document. Communication will be shared once the work-around is live.
