What delivery options do you offer for e-commerce businesses?

Spring GDS offers four international delivery options to suit your e-commerce needs: Tracked Delivery for end-to-end visibility, Signed Delivery for proof of receipt, Locker Delivery for flexible collection, and Untracked Delivery for lightweight, low-value items. All options support parcels up to 20kg (2kg for untracked).

Can I track my parcels in real time?

Yes. Our Tracked, Signed, and Locker delivery services provide full end-to-end tracking, including up to 9 status updates from pickup to delivery. You and your customers can monitor parcel progress at any time.

Do I get proof of delivery?

Yes. Proof of delivery is included with our Signed Delivery and Locker Delivery options. This can include a recipient signature or ID verification at the pickup point, depending on the destination.

Are deliveries available on weekends?

In many destinations, weekend delivery is available depending on the local carrier network. We work with a mix of postal and commercial partners to offer flexible delivery days where possible. Contact us to check weekend availability in your target markets.

What are the shipping requirements to work with Spring GDS?

Spring GDS is ideal for e-commerce businesses sending at least 100 international parcels per month. We support parcel weights up to 20kg (2kg for untracked). Custom solutions may be available based on volume and destination.
